Adopted in Texas this New Jersey raised child of Rabbi has always done their best to bring some flair to those around him. At a young age they found their love for the arts thanks to Daniel's mom who started them out in dance and was able to keep their studies going by exchanging her sewing skills for studio time. Their studies in dance later led to taking on numerous parts of the arts world.
Daniel has continued bringing numerous visions to life as a Choreographer, Director, Performer, Host and Executive Director/Founder of the arts non profit, Leg Up On Life.
As a performer Daniel has traveled across the country working on national tours, regional stages, music videos, operas, and tv specials. Recently, he was an Acrobat turned Vacation Swing for the 1st National Broadway Revival tour of Miss Saigon,
season 12 contestant Jackie Cox. In addition, performing at the Lyrics Opera of Chicago, served as Dance Captain at North Shore Music Theatre in Young Frankenstein, numerous BCEFA benefits and in the national tour understudying "Lefou" in Disney's Beauty and The Beast. Daniel is currently a member of AEA.
As a Choreographer and Director, Daniel has worked to bring a versatile style to stage and screens. They love to utilize athleticism, intimacy, and partnering as main points to bring artistic concepts to life. Daniel has worked on numerous music videos, theatrical productions, benefit shows, and for recording artists. They recently Directed/Choreographed We Will Rock You, Choreographed The Wedding Singer, Sister Act, created three new shows for RWS Entertainment Group in Mexico as Director/Choreographer for Iluzio, Dolce, Rocktails and Directed/Choreographed Ru Paul's Drag Race alum Olivia Lux's music video to their original song "It's The Music". In addition, choreographed the U.S Regional Premiere of The Bodyguard and was nominated for the Universal Dance Award's "Best Live Performance" for his piece "Sweetest Devotion" for ART|Pact benefiting Dancers Responding to Aids.
Daniel is also the founder and Executive Director of Leg Up On Life. A 501(c)3 arts non profit organization he had started as a one day event back in 2017. A major goal of Leg Up On Life and why Daniel created it is to put emphasis on community and accessibility for the arts community. It's also to help raise funding for charities, centers and health research organizations that directly benefit our LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
Daniel is found on faculty at the world renowned STEPS On Broadway and PMT House of Dance in NYC. Daniel has also been brought in to numerous studios across North America to teach students of all backgrounds and age groups.
